B48 recall - cylinder head ventilation line All times are GMT -5. The time now is 04:24 PM. The 'cylinder head ventilation line' had broken off at the cylinder head and was peeing out coolant.

Once the engine runs hot, the coolant tank will usually crack when hot, & adding coolant or water. The thermostat could be bad, or there is no coolant in the system to make it work properly. I would suggest to replace the coolant bypass line, & the expansion tank to protect the engine.
