Bmw Coolant Y Fitting

Traced some leaking coolant to the Y fitting behind the intake. The hoses look to be in decent shape but the plastic fitting itself has disintegrated. I've found plenty of fittings the right shape and size but they are made for vacuum hoses.

I'm looking for a more or less permanent solution. This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 17127536236 (17 12 7 536 236) and is described as Vent Pipe for E70 X5 4.8i (N62 engine). These models were offered in 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010.

It is a 3-Way hose that carries water/coolant and attaches to the upper radiator hose, branching to both left and right cylinder heads. Replacing the most common mystery leak. Coolant hose connection at engine block.
