Chassis Function Restricted Bmw 6 Series

I got the dreaded "Chassis function restricted" on my 2015 650i Gran Coupe this morning. I'm currently in the mountains with heavy snow and the car has been parked outside. It first popped up when I backed out of the driveway and hit a bit of a bump of snow.
