Samsung Customer Service Terrible. Just wanted to share my samsung customer care experience with everyone. I purchased 3 very expensive 75 and 85 tvs that were damaged during delivery. a journey of discovery through social media support, being handed off to no less than nine different people, all eager to help, but ultimately underlining the incompetence of samsung customer. I've started escalating issues as soon as i can. the last hour, i finally found out that samsung has my phone (where i sent it for repair), but i had to file a claim through servify to get my phone replaced. It's mind boggling that they would.
