Dreamyn (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides an app that generates calming sleepcasts (“Service”).

- Account & contact info (e.g., name, email) if you create an account or contact support.
- Purchase info from Apple’s in‑app purchase system (e.g., subscription status, receipts). We do not receive your full payment details.
- Usage data such as app interactions, generated sleepcast metadata, device information, and diagnostics.
- Content you provide to generate sleepcasts (e.g., prompts, titles). Audio may be generated using a third‑party provider.
- Microphone input is used only when you press the microphone button to start speech transcription. Transcribed text is processed for generating content but not stored permanently.
- Crash/analytics data to improve stability and performance.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, personalize, and improve the Service (including text and audio generation).
- To manage subscriptions, purchases, and access to entitlements.
- To communicate with you about the Service and respond to support requests.
- To monitor, maintain, and enhance app performance and security.

3. Sharing & Processing
We share information only as needed to operate the Service:
- Apple (App Store / in‑app purchases) for subscriptions and receipts.
- Payment & subscription infrastructure (e.g., entitlement services) to validate access.
- AI/Audio providers to process prompts, generate text, and synthesize audio.
- Analytics/crash services to help us understand usage and fix issues.
- Legal when required by law, to protect rights, or with your consent.
4. GDPR Compliance

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing activities. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority in Latvia or your jurisdiction.
5. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Generated audio or prompts may be deleted periodically or when you delete your account.
6. Your Choices & Rights
- Access, correction, deletion. You may request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, or ask us to delete information subject to legal allowances.
- Account deletion. If the app offers an in‑app “Delete Account” option, you can use it; otherwise contact us.
- Marketing. We do not sell personal information. You can opt out of non‑essential communications at any time.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. International Use
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. We use appropriate safeguards when transferring data.

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice in the app or by other reasonable means.
