Someone Is Throwing Rocks At My House. My neighbor is from hell. Today, i caught 3 of them throwing. The problem is that it sounds like they do it at all hours of the day and. All i know is that i used to live in a house that had a cat who was outdoors occasionally. From a neighbor near oakwood: One time a glass beer bottle was thrown over. He hassrases us, intimidates us, urinates across property often and purposely. We’ve had issues since march with the neighbor kids (we think they’re kids, we’ve never seen the culprits). There are probably 2 dozen kids who live between the two neighborhoods, and most of them play together. My neighbors (most likely their kids) are throwing rocks at my house. We've called the cops many times about the neighbor, but they couldn't do anything about it due to a new law that has been passed.
