Jeep Cup Holder Lights Not Working. It seems that the previous owner was curious about what was under the cover of the cup holder lamp located in between the two. Lifting out the cup holder will not expose the connector because the wire harness is too short. I have a 2017 laredo e gc and i know that different trims have different illumination packages but i could've sworn the cupholders in. I've checked the uconnect settings and courtesy lights are turned on. There is a white line at the top of the cupholders that i would expect to light up with the ambient lighting, but does not light up in my truck. The lights in the cup holders and door pockets are all on (ambient lights?). On the overhead console those switches don't work. Over the summer i was cleaning out the inside of my jeep and decided to get way into detail and i wanted to wash out my cupholder in. There does not appear to be a connector for the wiring where it attaches to the actual light under the cupholders. Put my water bottle in and saw it wobble, then noticed the cup holder can be pushed down, like it's not.
