I've heard a lot of people on various forums do a cam follower upgrade. Done some internet searching to find out more about this. There are lots of threads on this if you search, and there is also a decent diy. The main issue iirc, the lobe would wear. The cam follower is attached at the camshaft and rotates on the high pressure fuel pump.
