P3 Gauge Not Reading Boost. I have had my p3 gauge since june and it has had a few quarks over the last few months, but nothing unplugging it wouldn't fix. Boost is shown in psi and vacuum is shown in inhg. P3 gauges v2 install and details. When i had the p3 on my gli i thought i was getting an accurate reading until i got the analog gauge. Obdii readings are off the charts. See the wiring diagram, button functions, operational details and peak. Boost/vacuum is read through the included p3 analog boost sensor. Only the obd2 connection is required for gauge function, all other wires are optional. The p3 digital gauge reads all it's information off the obdii port, that is why you are seeing boost on it already.
