These work great for sbc & bbc blocks. I am trying to locate the passenger side drain plug on the engine block. Screw in tapered thread, square drive, teflon coated pipe plugs. A few clean water block flushes should probably hold you until the engine can be removed, and the plug removed with heat and/or machine tools. It will be 1/4 pipe thread,. Has anyone ever had a bad experience doing this (broken plug, stripped block, etc.)? There is one plug on each side, below the level of the frost (core) plugs, and about in the middle. Anyone have any idea where it is at? 1/4 npt plugs, package of 2 pieces. The radiator will have one. On forward part of lowest part of pan.
