Discounts program Application (“Application”) is hosted, developed, operated and managed by Dsquares (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”, “We”), in order to provide the Application to the benefit of HSBC, to perform services related to the Application and to assist HSBC in analyzing how the Application is used by Users. Noting that the Service Providers may access your personal data for the purposes of performing the tasks assigned to them by HSBC, and the Service Provider is obligated not to disclose your data to any other party.

The Service Provider recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of all users ("you" or "user") who access and/or use discounts program Application within Egypt(‘Application’), whether as a guest or a registered user.

Your use of the Application is considered a consent to the collection and use of data in accordance with this policy. In addition to, as a consent to share your collected personal data with the Service Provider.

Terms used in this Privacy Policy shall have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy. , This Privacy Policy is governed and construed by the Egyptian Law and any dispute shall be settled by the Egyptian court of jurisdiction. Please read this Privacy Policy and understand it before using the services. By visiting and/or ordering services through this Application, you agree and, consent to the collection, use and transfer of your information as set out in this policy

A. What Information Do We Collect About You?

Depending on which of our services you use and how you interact with our App, we collect different kinds of information from or about you. Personal Information Includes.

Identity Data includes first name, last name. as well as some additional information about you such as your date of birth or other identifying information.
Contact Data includes email address and mobile numbers.
Profile Data includes your email and password, discounts on your purchases, your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses.

You consent to Service Provider may use your personal information for advertising and direct marketing purposes in order to inform you about the Application and services it provides, or other matters that it believes will be of interest to you.

1. The Service Provider may use your personal information to provide services and user support to you; to measure and improve the services provided to you; to prevent illegal activities and implement the user terms of use with you ("User Agreement"); to resolve troubleshooting problems; to provide you with promotional emails and verify the information you give.

2. By registering on or using the Application, you give us your express consent to receive promotional emails about our services and emails announcing changes to, and new features on, the Application. If, at any time, you would like to unsubscribe from receiving direct marketing communications from the Application or do not want us to share your personal information with other parties, please e-mail us at support@dsquares.com or follow the steps to unsubscribe which are presented in every communication you receive from us, requesting your personal information to be removed from our mailing list. We will use reasonable endeavors to comply with your request within a reasonable period of receipt of your request.

Though we make every effort to preserve your privacy, we may need to disclose your personal information to law enforcement agencies, government agencies or other third parties where we are compelled so to do by court order or similar legal procedure; where we are required to disclose your personal information to comply with law; where we are cooperating with an ongoing law enforcement investigation or where we have a good faith belief that our disclosure of your personal information is necessary to prevent physical harm or financial loss, to report suspected illegal activity or to investigate a possible violation of our User Agreement and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of the Service Provider, our users or others.

4. We do not sell or rent any of your personal information to third parties in the normal course of doing business and will only share your personal information with third parties in accordance with this privacy policy.

5. Please note that the withdrawal of any authorizations for processing of your personal information by third parties may result in us not being able to provide you with any services. Additionally, we do use comments made by you about the Application for marketing purposes and by making such comments you expressly consent to our using such comments for marketing purposes.

Data Security

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions, and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality. We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so. As we process and protect data according to international standards and applicable laws. All personal information is secured. However, the Internet is not a secure medium and we cannot guarantee the privacy of your personal information.

In some circumstances we may anonymize your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you and that according to applicable laws

Access To Your Information

Service Provider will use all reasonable endeavors to keep personal information it holds accurate, complete, up-to-date, relevant and not misleading. Please contact us if you would like to access the personal information the App holds about you. We will use reasonable endeavors to provide a complete list of your personal information within a reasonable period of receipt of your request. Please email us if you would like to receive a copy of this information on support@dsquares.com . You may contact us to correct any of your personal information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date, or to request that your personal information be deleted. We will use reasonable endeavors to correct or delete your personal information as requested within a reasonable period of receipt of your request. Deletion of your account from the App will not automatically delete the personal information held about you. If you would like the App to delete all personal information together with the deletion of your account, please follow the steps mentioned above. Please note that the deletion of your personal information from our database will result in us not being able to provide you with any services. If applicable, any legal requirement on us to maintain certain records of your personal information shall prevail over any of your requests. We may require you to prove your identity before providing you with copies of your personal information.

Protecting your personal Information

By providing us with personal information, you consent to the transfer of your personal information inside Egypt We take every precaution to safeguard all your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. All personal information is kept secure. However, the Internet is not a secure medium and we cannot guarantee the privacy of your personal information. You must create your own username and password to access your account or make transactions on the App. Choose your password carefully using unique numbers, letters and special characters. Never share your username and password with anyone.

Please ensure not to use your HSBC Internet Banking credentials (username and password) when registering on the application

No spam or spoof emails

We do not tolerate spam. You may not use our communication tools to send spam or otherwise send content that would violate our User Agreement. We automatically scan and may manually filter messages to check for spam, viruses, phishing attacks and other malicious activity or illegal or prohibited content

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

the Application reserve the right to alter all or any part of this Privacy Policy. Any changes there to will be notified via the Application and, where appropriate, through e-mail notification.
