Darren joins with a wealth of relevant experience, connections and contacts from his time with Yeovil, Plymouth and Fleetwood. Darren Way (born 21 November 1979) is an English professional football manager and former player who manages National League South club Bath City. A hard tackling centre-midfielder as a player, Way started his career at Norwich City as an associate schoolboy in 1994, and while there was selected for the England U16 side making six appearances.

Darren was appointed Romans manager in December 2024. After coming up through the youth ranks with Norwich City he spent the majority of his playing career with Yeovil Town. He was a vital part of the Glovers side who won promotion to the Football League in 2005.
