Quechua Chile

Quechua people (/ ˈkɛtʃuə /, [7][8] US also / ˈkɛtʃwɑː /; [9] Spanish: [ˈketʃwa]), Quichua people or Kichwa people are Indigenous peoples of South America who speak the Quechua languages, which originated among the Indigenous people of Peru. Although most Quechua speakers are native to Peru, there are some significant populations in Ecuador, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, and Argentina. The first Quechua communities to emerge were located in what is now Antofagasta Region in Northern Chile, specifically in Ollagüe and along the San Pedro River (a tributary of the Upper Loa River).
