Fire Tv App Keyboard Not Working

On screen keyboard (Fire TV Stick) not working! Hi, fire stick seems to have stopped working completely! I changed my wifi router and can't connect the stick to the new router. Everytime I go to enter the password the keyboard comes on screen but I can't type anything. Remote app keyboard issues.
