Bike Leg Warmers Falling Down. They seem a little tight, and i wear them under my bike shorts. The length here is good, even in a size small, giving good coverage, and the leg grippers at the top are tenacious, bordering on aggressive; I seem to always have my leg warmers fall down. Does anyone have any tips/hacks to stop either leg or arm warmers from falling down whilst riding (apart from building up your muscles)? They'll not fall down, that's for sure. Are they any tips to keep up around my thighs instead of my falling to my knees? Turn the hem of your shorts up and over, so grippy side is out. I've noticed that i have no issues with the warmers creeping when the shorts that i wear have silicon grippers on the ends of the legs.of.
