Green Pesto Hummus.  — this creamy hummus recipe is one of my absolute favorites. It’s an adaptation of my original hummus recipe.  — leafy green pesto hummus. Homemade hummus can be thrown together in a matter of minutes and makes the perfect snack for those 3pm cravings when you just don’t have time to make anything. 60ml extra virgin olive oil. 4 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated. 1/4 cup tahini (sesame seed butter) 1/4 cup italian parsley (or cilantro, depending on personal preference and availability) 1 cup (packed) of raw leafy greens of choice. 1 chickpeas, drained & rinsed (400g) 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves.
