Since this is a corner unit, the two walls (top and left walls in floor plan) are all windows so i would like to lay everything out in a way that compliments the view as it will obviously be a main “focus” of. Fight for the few apartments available, get your friends to house you long term, or leave canada. There is this corner area i’d like to turn into a reading nook but please give me ideas for the layout. Definitely going to be sketchier, lower quality, and possibly more dangerous depending on the specific area. We have been looking at what’s available, and this place looks perfect for us. My partner and i are looking at buying a 2br condo in the city. That 100% depends on your budget. I wish i had a better solution for you, but canada is.
