Vauxhall Insignia Radio Not Working. I took it to a garage and was told the diagnostic tool showed faulty radio control module (something like that). I have tried to clear all. Ive just brought my first insignia and i'm having trouble with the radio in the car. My radio and screen do not work properly together. These problems negatively impact the listening and viewing experience for passengers. Can i please ask for some advice on how to fix a fault with my insignia? No matter what i try, i cannot get the dab radio to work. Same messages as you service unavailable. It's on a loop with the cluster, radio module, climate, hmi, touchpad (if applicable) so if there's a break in the loop it will not function. Nothing seems to work and the only radio station i can get is. There is no power into the radio, the temp panel just below this works fine, i have finally removed the panel and all the wires.
