Torch Coral Shriveled Up. My placement is medium flow and i use led lighting. Hey everybody, a couple days ago my small torch coral just shriveled up. Overtime, it straighten out like a normal torch. I got this torch from a seller and it was crinkly. My torch coral is all shriveled up, more than what it normally looks like when i first turn on the lights, you can only see a few. There are many reasons why your torch coral is dying, but the most common ones are salinity, alkalinity, or ph swings, inadequate flow or lighting, and pests or diseases. My torch coral here has been doing fine ever since i got it around a month ago and then all of a sudden i noticed that it was almost.
