It looks like it's seeping out of the valve. There's an oil leak near the passenger side rear of the engine, seemingly around the vacuum pump and/or valve cover. It initially appeared to be coming from the valve cover gasket. Every time it still leaks. It's not leaking enough to noticeably drip on the ground,. From what i understand a vacuum pump leak should show up on your garage floor but this leak is coming from the top of the engine.
