My Pc Won't Turn On Cpu Fan Spins Then Stops. Hi, so i recently finished a pc build and i went to power it on the fans spun, but no. Make sure that case fans are connected to either board, or power supply, not to both; When i woke up this morning i went to my pc and flipped the psu switch into the on position and then pressed the power button on. Installed it just fine, led green light comes on the mobo but the fan starts up for a few seconds then stops and the computer doesn’t.
