C4 Pre Workout Can't Sleep. When i have two scoops of c4 i can sleep, so i don't really know what to recommend to someone. The feeling sleepy part i not the problem i think, i always feel sleepy when. i workout at 7:30pm and take a full scoop of c4 at 7pm. i usually hit the gym around 8:30ish at night after work up until around 10 or so.
