Wastegate Rattle Ford Raptor.  — see video attached, but my 2022 2.3l has had this awful wastegate actuator rattle that can be heard in the. I love my blacked out sport truck but lately it’s started rattling.  — i have the same rattle which the dealer is claiming it is the wastegate. Sorry for the ****** footage. i have a 2020, waste gate rattle started around a year ago and slowly has gotten worse. Dealer says the tsb for rattle (new. Apparently there is a tsb for this which.  — i have a 2017 f150 w 3.5 ecoboost, 69k miles. Ford kept telling me there was nothing they could do for it.  — i had read somewhere that ford programmed it to do this to help prevent the mechanical parts from getting stuck in.  — below is a video i made showing the piece that actually does the rattling.  — a few weeks back my truck was in for the pcm 21b10 rollback, and i had them look at an oil leak coming from my driver side valve cover and asked.  — i still was having rattle on startup from my wastegate.
