Kent Tube Amp. Btw, thanks, i really appreciate the help. However, the amps are quite a bit more rare, and this model is nearly rare enough to be termed a ghost amp. Most of us above the age of about 40 or so at least recognize the kent name, as quite a few kent branded electric guitars were sold during the 1960's and early 1970's. It looks like someone added their own. Kent model 20a tube amp circa 1960. 1960's kent 1475 tube amp w/ original box and paperwork! I'm assuming they were just branded kent and made by someone like valco or kay? Built by teisco in the mid '60s, this is a kent model 2198 tube amp with the original 8 speaker. Would like to find a schematic. Fantastic little low wattage tube amp from the 60s. Appears to be original, including old two prong cord and yellowed schematics papers inside. About 15w with 4 inputs, bass/treble pot and working tremolo. Amp powers on, tubes glow, but just generates hum. This old kent 1475 tube combo looks like it was kept in it's orginal box and hardly, if ever, played!
