To change the weighing unit on your Taylor 3879 kitchen scale, you can navigate through the settings menu and select the desired unit (e.g., grams, ounces, pounds, kilograms) using the function buttons. The scale is ready for use. Your scale weighs in pounds/ounces (lb oz), grams (g), fluid ounces (fl.oz.) and milliliters (ml).
