Disney's Lamplight Lounge at PIXAR Pier at Disney California Adventure has long been a guest-favorite spot for "artisanal cuisine inspired by artists" and creative cocktails. Disneyland fans love the venue's lobster nachos, but even those who visit often don't usually know about the Disneyland Park secret.
Even longtime Disney diehards who frequently eat at Lamplight Lounge may not know this secret dining room exists. Heck, we didn't until after dining here about a half-dozen times! For starters, Lamplight Lounge is one of our favorite table service restaurants in either park (behind only Carthay Circle Restaurant in DCA). Somehow we ended up in some special secret room called "The Office" at the Lamplight Lounge in California Adventure that normally has a year long waiting list.

We checked in for lunch at Lamplight Lounge for an 11:30 lunch on Monday, August 28. We had a group of 8 people: me, my DH, DS, DD, DSiL, DGD7, DGD4, and DGD 8 months. We were led though the dining room and around a corner to a somewhat isolated hallway.
The hostess then had my older 2 DGDs spin the lock to open the door.
