If your $10 off $30 doesn't come back you might be able to get that $10 refunded if you place an order before 5:59 am and contact them thru chat in the morning. Ugh I just got off work from BBW and the amount of customers who had missing rewards was so odd. And sucked cause we couldn't do anything about it on the spot.
