You've got world-class recovery gear in a space that feels equal parts spa, sports club, and social scene. Add sauna, ice bath and steam rooms to your regular health routine.

Unlimited and anytime memberships from $27.95 per week. Eight ice bath experiences from 3-5° and 10-12°. Memberships from $27.95 per week includes access to sauna, ice and steam.

We recommend starting with the sauna, followed by an ice bath, and finishing in the steam room, but encourage members to find what works best for them. Speak to us today and be one step closer to having sauna, ice bath and steam rooms as part of your regular health routine.
