Understanding Sabbath Observance in the Workplace

Sabbath observance typically involves refraining from work and certain activities from Friday sunset to Saturday sunset. Employers are legally obligated to make reasonable accommodations for religious beliefs, including Sabbath observance, unless doing so would cause an undue hardship. Understanding these rights can empower Sabbath keepers to seek and maintain employment that aligns with their faith.
