In the BMW Fast Track Scholar Program, BMW will hire recent graduates or experienced individuals who have already graduated with an associate's degree within the last three years. Technical degrees such as Mechatronics, Automotive Technology or Computer Technology are highly preferred. The BMW Fasttrack program is facilitated by our preferred partner schools UTI and Lincoln Tech.
BMW Fast Track Scholars will spend their time working and training in ONE of four designated program tracks: Automotive, Information Technology, Physical Logistics, or Equipment Maintenance. The program allows participants to work in the manufacturing departments of the Body-in-White, Physical Logistics, Paint, Stamping, Assembly, or Battery. BMW vehicles define precision and combine cutting-edge technology and performance to produce the ultimate driving experience for many enthusiasts.
In the 12-week BMW FastTrack program, learn how to diagnose and repair BMW vehicles using equipment and procedures found in BMW dealerships nationwide. Prepare for a career with the BMW FastTrack program. Train on BMW vehicles, earn factory credentials and access job support.

"An apprenticeship program registered with the U.S. Labor Department, BMW Rising Scholars will pay students $12 per hour. The second initiative, BMW Fast Track, is a 40-hour-per-week "BMW Bootcamp" for recent graduates or experienced individuals with a related associate degree hired on to the manufacturing team.
