E90 owner here first mod I would recommend coilovers or suspension first. Made the car handle and ride better and look better imho, then exhaust (if you want noise) and if you have a DCT maybe a GTS Tune for it. The E92 M3 is an amazing looking car right out of the box but a common BMW issue is the height of the front vs rear bumpers.
As far back as the E30, the front bumper is much lower than the rear bumper and the E92 M3 faces the same issue.
