Code Availability
The dataset is programatically accessible utilizing code contained and documented in the accompanying efish_em_ELL github repository. The Python utilities contained in the repository are installable locally and the Jupyter notebooks provide the code necessary for reproduction of published analyses and figures presented in the accompanying paper [DOI]. The repository contains the necessary Matlab code to replicate the modeling experiments in the accompanying publication as well.
