Tips: Choose well-rated brands: Look for good user reviews and make sure the mirror has the features you value. Consider the size of your bathroom: A large LED mirror could overwhelm a smaller space. Placement and other lighting: Think about how the mirror's light will work in conjunction with your existing vanity lights.

Op, don't see people mentioning this, but bathroom mirrors are often better for steam/ moisture, but you can totally use a regular mirror which is usually cheaper. There are also a few recessed cans in the ceiling of the bathroom, so we should be good on light with those and a backlit vanity mirror. Does anyone have any recommendations on quality backlit vanity mirrors?

We've hit some of the final stages of our master bathroom remodel! Would you do a single mirror or 2 mirrors above this double vanity? The sinks are closer together than I typically see, so I'm torn. Masking tape is approximate size for mirrors I've found. Are there pros vs cons to double mirrors vs single?

Bathroom lighting suggestions: vanity LED mirror? over vs side mirror lighting? Hi all, I'm currently in the process of planning an upcoming home renovation involving a home extension where I'll be creating a master suite. Looking for recommendations - Bright lighted vanity mirror We're in the middle of a bathroom remodel and are looking for a lighted mirror bright enough to delete the wall fixture. We do have a can light above the tub and one above the shower so just need to light the sink area well.

I like both of them to be honest and really stuck. Hubby likes the round mirror better. So as of now that's winning.

You can replace your bathtub for $200, subway tile to the ceiling for $200 (adding custom shelving for another $100 or so).

We've selected the best bathroom mirrors of 2025 for our curated guide. Re: Lighted Vanity Mirror (LED)-Good idea? by crake Mon Sep 14, 2015 6:09 pm I am hesitant about any integrated lighting/electronic elements in what should be permanent fixtures. I would not want to have to replace a 700 dollar vanity mirror because a couple of cent electronic component in it failed.
