Red Jarrah is also an endangered species of wood and almost impossible to find. In fact, York's Shona Gallery is the only outlet where you can find Jarrah furniture in the United States. The wood is extremely dense and solid, meaning there isn't a scrap of plywood anywhere to be found in this luxurious bench.

We offer outdoor timber benches with or without backs, and can make them any length. We make Garden benches which match our standard chair, patio benches and simple cross legged benches in Jarrah, Chesnut and Tassie oak. We have also made solid topped benches with solid legs and stretchers for use in more protected outdoor areas like patios or verandas.

This is a beautifully made two - three seater bench. The frame is made of 17th Century Oak reclaimed from a shipwreck washed up on Westgate beach. This has been paired with a solid Jarrah wood seat, reclaimed from a ship.

The Jarrah has spent most of the past 90 years underwater and is in a beautiful condition. This is a beautifully handcrafted wooden bench, made in Wales from locally sourced oak, jarrah driftwood and reclaimed slate. The combination of the two different types of wood, with a solid piece of slate in the middle, creates an attractive and colourful striped effect.
