Roblox Color Glitch

Basically, i drew a texture using substance painter then applied it to surface appearance WITH transparency, under a mesh, that is those bunch of clouds looking thing on the image The problem is the top image is how i colored it the other day, the second picture is the color somehow messed all itself up today when i logged in studio, this is the second time it happened with drastically random. When any of the Humanoid's BasePart is changing color every frame (I am doing a rainbow effect), the Characters render improperly, like you can see in an avatar without clothing or face, my character.
