Join with a friend  – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our Join with a friend Program! These terms and conditions (”Referral Terms") govern your participation in the program. Juniper customers (each, a ”Referrer”) can refer eligible friends and contacts (each, a “Friend”) to Juniper Essentials or Juniper Program (a “Juniper Subscription”) via the Referrer’s unique referral code (”Referral Code”). Subject to the conditions below, the Referrer and the Friend will each receive a $75 discount (75 points) on each of their next two orders on the Juniper Subscription (”Reward”). By participating in the Join with a friend Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Referral Terms. Thank you for your support and for helping us grow our community!

Referral Process

1. Referral Code Generation
   At the consult payment (CP) step, you’ll receive a unique referral code.
   
2. Sharing the Code
   You share your referral code with a Friend.
   
3. Friend’s Onboarding

• Your Friend starts onboarding with Juniper and enters your referral code during checkout.
• If they combine multiple discount codes or offers, only the single highest value discount applies.
  

4. Timing

• If you complete onboarding and place your first order before your Friend uses the code, the discount will instead apply from your second order.
• After your first order with Juniper, your Join with a Friend code becomes a Refer and Earn code, so you remain eligible for future rewards.
  

5. Ongoing Program Transition
   If your Friend signs up after your onboarding is complete, both of you are still covered by the ongoing Refer and Earn program.

Reward

1. For Your Friend (the Referee)

• They get $75 off their consultation payment at checkout.
• If they continue with Juniper, they also get $75 off their second order. Totalling $150 off.
  

2. For You (the Referrer)

• You receive $75 off your first order (OP) once your friend enters your code.
• If you’ve already placed your first order, that $75 will be applied to your second order.

General

1. The Referrer must have obtained the clear and affirmative consent of the Friend to receive the Referral Code by SMS text, WhatsApp, email, social media, or any other applicable method. The Referrer agrees that the Referrer is not an agent or authorised representative of Juniper, when sharing the Referral Code or otherwise, and must only refer a Friend who has provided their permission prior to sharing the Referral Code.
   
2. The Reward and the Referral Code cannot be:

• combined with any other offer, discount, referral (including any other Referral Code, Reward or point, unless otherwise provided for in these Referral Terms), or gift card;
• retroactively applied;
• sold, transferred or redeemed for cash;
• commercialised, in particular, nothing in these Referral Terms grants any person any right to use Juniper's logos, trademarks or other intellectual property to commercialise or market referrals, including for SEO or public advertising purposes; and
• used if the Referrer or the Friend has cancelled their Juniper Subscription before the Reward has been applied.
  

3. Juniper will not be held responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected referrals.
   
4. Juniper reserves the right to modify these Referral Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting the revised Referral Terms on our website or notifying participants through other means. If a participant claims the original Reward but the Referral Terms are subsequently changed to a new Reward before their Referral is processed, the participant will be eligible for the original Reward only.
   
5. The Juniper Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy apply and form part of this Refer and Earn Program.
   
6. Juniper reserves the right to revoke any Referral Code and/or Reward, or otherwise disqualify any Referrer or Friend, in the event of any suspected fraud, act of bad faith or violation of these Referral Terms.
