Subaru and Toyota did a great job updating the very popular 86 platform in 2021. Since its release, we have steadily seen an increase in inquiries for K24-swapping this newer GR86 and matching BRZ chassis. It has been identified that the newer FA24 engines suffer from engine failure much like the FA20 found in the first generation 86 cars.
