Best Toilet Mat Reddit

Is there a mat that would be good to put around the toilet to catch all the piss that boys get on the floor? I'm tired of stepping in piss and having to clean it up all the time. I thought maybe having a mat there that I can just throw in the wash every few days would make my job easier but I'm not sure what would be best. About once every year or two my wife and I have to get a new bathroom floor mat (outside of the shower) because they get discolored from mold even though we wash them.
