The other day while using the fire stick I noticed the keyboard wouldn't appear in browser apps, or apps that use the fire stick keyboard. I can still get it in apps like Netflix or Youtube that use their on keyboards. I'm using an iPhone 13 pro max and when I try to open the keyboard it opens and then immediately closes.

The official remote control app to me is brilliant and bullshit in equal measures. Recently forced to use an old iPhone (7) after I lost my Samsung, got the remote app from the AppStore and was glad to see it worked well after hit and miss reliability on android. I'm sorry you're not seeing the keyboard on your Fire TV Stick; I can see how that could feel annoying! Please try to: Unplug your modem and router for 30 seconds.
Unplug your Fire TV Stick both from the TV and the power adapter. Plug the modem and router back in. Once the Wi-Fi is restored, plug your Fire TV Stick back in.
OK, I think I figured out the issue, but still not sure how I'll fix it. I couldn't get the keyboard to work with my Fire TV also, so I started playing around, and it looks like under Settings/Developer Options/USB debugging it was selected as "on". When I selected "off" the keyboard started working without any extra hubs or anything of the sort.
