They began with one greenhouse, growing vegetable plants to sell locally, and John also started building storage sheds. Over the next few years, they added more greenhouses and started growing bedding. Martin's Home & Garden has been proudly serving the community of Middle Tennessee since 1982.
During this time, we have expanded our family. In 2003, Martin's opened a new retail garden center and nursery on Broad Street, and expanded the business to nearly five acres. Today, Martin's continues to thrive on quality and customer service.
We now have a gift shop with home decor, jewelry and scarves, candles and soaps, baked and canned goods, and fresh produce. Martin's Home & Garden is a full service garden center, nursery, and hardscape company. Murfreesboro's premier source for gardening, in season produce, bedding plants, herbs, perennials, shrubs.
