2022 Hyundai kona horn not working. i check and test to find why. somewhat common.

Tried to use the horn for the first time in a while last week and it's not working. Checked fuse and it was fine. Pressing the wheel there is a click from somewhere, so don't know if it is the relay or the horn clicking but at least not the clockspring. Have right at 37K on a 2021 SEL. I do have.
