Is Blue Beetle Bad
Blue Beetle has the unique angle of bringing a Latin superhero character to the screen in a leading role for the first time, but outside of that nothing about this film is unique or original. Unfortunately, Blue Beetle is not the film that's going to redeem the DC brand. And there are at least three reasons why Blue Beetle is the worst DCEU movie.

Blue Beetle is a fictional superhero who has had several iterations over the years, so it is difficult to answer why he is "so bad". Generally speaking, the Blue Beetle character has often been portrayed as a bumbling or inept superhero, usually relying on luck rather than skill to get out of difficult situations. Blue Beetle is cheerful and competent enough to pass a rainy afternoon during the school holidays, but it's all too obviously a pale imitation of other, better films.
