The model reproduces, Figure 5 (Time course of nuclear NFkb (NFkBn) and Figure 9 (Time dependent relationship between the concentrations of IKK, IkBa and NFkBn) of the reference publication. The model was integrated and simulated using Copasi v4.5 (Build 30).
