The model [M4_K2_PSEQ] correspond to type M4 with mass-action kinetics K2, in PSEQ (sequestrated ) condition. Figure 5b is reproduced by setting P2=5nM and 1000nM.

The simulation was done using SBML odeSolver and the plot was generated using Gnuplot.
