Figure 2 of the reference publication has been reproduced. An assignment rule for Total_Pg has been added to the original in order to obtain the plot. This version of the model is available as additional material (see below). The simulation was done using Copasi V4.11 (Build 64). The plot was generated using Gnuplot.
