Figure 5 of the reference publication has been reproduced here. The model as such reproduces figure 5a. To obtain figure 5b,c & d, the event condition for ZD and ZO has to be changed (refer figures for details). The SBML file with event assignments corresponding to figures 5b,c & d are provided as additional file, and can be downloaded from links below.



The model was simulated using SBMLsimulator v1.0.
