Figure 6 and Figure 7 are reproduced exactly as per literature and with original parameter set. Figure 8 is not reproduced with same parameter set given in literature. XML uploaded for this model is with parameter set for figure6 . COPASI files (.cps) for figure 7 and figure 8 are uploaded under additional files.
Model is created using COPASI Version 2.43 (Build 196). Data exported from Copasi and graph is created using open office calc.
