Reproduction of figure 9a and 10a of the original publication. The simulations were performed using the parameter scan functionality of the Systems Biology Workbench (SBW) 2.8.1.

The parameter V2 was set to 15 instead of -15 mV, as given in the caption of figure 9. This seems to be a typo in the publication.
