Bmw Driver Assistance Disabled

I am seeing multiple random messages like: "Support from Driver Assistance restricted", or "Chasis operation not available" etc. and the steering and power becomes unavailable. Restarting the car a few times clears the issue.
It appears this is triggered by proximity sensors, but cant be too sure. Now every time I drive, 2 minutes into driving the alert for reduced Blind Spot, and then 2 minutes later reduced Lane Assist. If I just keep clearing the message, occasionally it will momentarily indicate "All Systems OK", but that only last a brief moment and both "reduced" alerts return.
2024 BMW IX M60 (Sept '23 Build) Running 8.5 I have received this message twice. Both times in the same parking garage in Miami within 2 min of starting the car. My car is only 1 month old and I've reset the car once with the volume method.
The message pops up. stays on the screen for 10 seconds or so. then goes away.
But if I turn on driver assistance while driving, I have no issues. Even. For three weeks now, I've been getting lot of "driver assistance restricted".
sometimes it happens on every drive for many drives in a row. I took the car in for service but they couldn't reproduce any errors. I usually get lane keeping assist, cruise assist, adaptive regen and such all disabled for the rest of the drive.

These systems. Had this message today. I had parked near some rubbish that must've been right in front of the radar sensor, but wasn't large enough to be noticed by parking assistance ultrasonic sensors or the cameras, probably making the readings implausible for the software.
