The time now is 05:32 AM. 2016 428i (F33) - EAC sensor About a year ago, I got a persistent CEL that returned the code U019D. My research indicated that this is the radiator sensor for the SULEV system.
A quick call to the dealer revealed that they do not sell the sensor individually, and that it would require replacement of the entire radiator assembly, at a cost of. First time posting! Long story short - bought my first BMW - 2016 X1 in March. A few K miles later (i'm at about 33k), CEL came on.
I got the code but it was generic (u019). After i took to the dealership & they informed me my warranty doesn't cover the faulty eac sensor (need a new radiator. DTC U019D, sometimes indicated as U019D00, is an OBD diagnostic trouble code indicating a generic fault with the vehicle network communication (Network Communication).
Anyone gotten this trouble code before or can shed some light? 2016 428i Gran Coupé, 44K miles. Just got the check engine light last night after work. Took the car to AutoZone today and got the readout below but couldn't provide much info on it.
